Return policy :
We accept returns for any reason! Whether you are dissatisfied or that you have simply changed your mind. Our return policy is 7 days from the moment you receive your products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, just fill out this return form. Sign it and send it with your package to the address we will tell you when you write to our support.
How can I get a refund for my product?
After the return period of 7 days, a processing and restocking fee of 15% is applied to the price (s) of the returned product(s). Orders that are exchanged or items returned / exchanged due to manufacturer's defect will not incur these charges. Fees will be applied to the original order and the balance will be refunded. The buyer must pay the cost of return.
The refund can not be made in the following cases:
-Article mounted, used for testing, or in bad condition
-Package of origin missing or deteriorated
-Incomplete product
-You have not contacted us within 14 days of receipt of the package
How long does it take to get a refund?
Generally, repayments can take up to two weeks to be processed. All refunds must be verified for authenticity and must be submitted to our accounting department for processing.

Delivery:
The customer is responsible for paying his own shipping costs for the return of an item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product (minus the restocking fee).
If you want an exchange: Depending on your country of origin, your exchanged item may take 2 weeks to reach you.
Warning :
If you are shipping items, we strongly suggest that you return the product with a tracking number.
